Our Delivery Policy
The following are some simple guidelines by which we operate. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please call us at 1-800-296-2157.
Holidays
We deliver on all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. You will be notified by the driver as to the delivery schedule for these three holidays.
Milk Boxes
We have premium insulated milk boxes for sale. The cost of a milk box is $52. You may also provide your own box.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order.
Standard Order
A standard order is appreciated for each delivery so that, in the event you forget to leave a note, you will still receive your basic order.
Vacations
If you are going on vacation or do not need a delivery, please call 1-800-296-2157 and leave a note in your milk box for the driver.
Credit Policy
All billing is done on a monthly basis for the previous month’s deliveries. It is requested that payment be made monthly also. You may pay by cash or check. You may leave the payment in the milk box for the driver or you may mail it to the office. Please include the top portion of the bill so it will be directed to the correct driver. There is a $40.00 charge for all returned checks. You can also pay cash each delivery and get a discount or if you pay your bill monthly you can also get a discount if you buy at least 3 half gallons of milk each delivery.
At the end of each year, we provide all of our customers with an attractive hanging pocket calendar for the upcoming year.
